The New Majority NYC Capacity Building Project is a 501c3  dedicated to empowering and equipping the next generation of women leaders to build capacity for women in NYC. 

Our mission is to inspire and demonstrate the possibilities available to women through the strategic utilization of networking, mentorship, and educational events. By fostering meaningful relationships and providing valuable resources, we aim to pave the way for aspiring women leaders, enabling them to embark on successful paths towards elected office.

A key aspect of the Capacity Building project is the Young Leadership Council of The New Majority NYC. The Young Leadership Council (YLC) is made up of new and mid-level professionals who bring  passion and philanthropic power to The New Majority NYC. YLC members are dedicated to growing and sustaining political power for women in New York City.and use their networks and energy to move the mission of The New Majority NYC forward.
